We dispatch material from our manufacturing unit in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. (Visit Address)

Do you ship packages internationally?

Yes we do export of blowers in the countries like USA, UAE, Africa, Vietnam, Nepal and across all other countries.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all standard payment methods like NEFT/RTGS, UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Payoneer, PayPal etc.

Do you allow refunds and returns?

No, We do not allow refunds or returns at first stage, But you can surely contact us for the possibility and we will check and get back with possible solution.

Can we get a quote from you for Bulk orders?

What to do if I found the material damaged when received?

Please do following steps immediately

2. Please mention the condition of material that your have received in the POD copy.
3. We will contact you in next 24 to 48 Hours for the resolution and provide you support.

What is standard warranty of blowers and fans

We provide one year manufacturing warranty of motor.
PLEASE NOTE : It doesn’t cover physical damages by user end

How can I get solution if I face any problem under warranty period?

After understanding problem, If replacement or repair is required. You will need to send the material at our factory address and we will send you after repair or replace whichever is feasible.
PLEASE NOTE : cost of one way forwarding material will be bear by user.

How do I track my order?

We will share your dispatch details by mail, You will be able to track the material delivery status by it.

Do your provide consultation for the blower or fan selection?

Yes can provide you consultation for the blower of fan selection but you will need to provide us raw data like CFM at Pressure.

Can I cancel my order after Payment?

You can send a request for the cancellation on mail at sales@hetalind.com and contact@hetalind.com
If blower are not manufactured then We will confirm you by mail if cancellation is possible.

Do you allow TO PAY delivery?

Yes we do allow TO PAY basis delivery but with selected transporters only.
